I found the staff at the crown club very attentive. Lane and Morris were particularly friendly. Everything else in the hotel was also very satisfactory.

I think that the lounge on the 12th floor wasn't really worth the cost. The welcome was nice, but the food served during the aperitif wasn't worth the extra cost. It felt more like a four-star experience.

the staff at the club lounge were very helpful. nora, morris, and megan were so kind. morris gave great recommendations for tourist attractions. the family trip was special because of this hotel.

The area nearby was dirty. A big garbage bin in the alleyway was disappointing.

The crown club staff are lovely, especially teresa and the whole team. the breakfast have great choices, i was quite happy. the spa, pool, and sauna seems very nice. It makes me feel comfortable. i was able to store my luggage during my trip.

i noticed the hotel ask for a credit card in advance and send stressful emails about this with a time limit, it is unprofessional.

My stay included a really clean room that was surprisingly spacious. the breakfast buffet offered diverse food choices, and i found it catered well to different dietary needs. The selection of scrambled eggs was a definite highlight. the spa provided a good retreat after long days.
